Inspired by the passion, trust and appreciation for this land, Alessandro Polvani discovered the ruins of Borgo Montefienali during one of his solitary trips in the Chianti hills. "... Beautiful, it hit me ...." He said.
Since 2001, he started buying and renovating the village, with Germana Construction Polvani, fathers and children together, who wanted to bring a piece of Chianti back to life. This passion grew with his son, Tommaso Polvani, who collected exquisitely restored farmhouses around the main villa: Villa Albizi Montefienali. The houses are mainly a fantastic stone crucible, offering a unique view. Unfortunately, this form of housing is increasingly rare in the Chianti hills due to the high labor costs associated with it.
Located among the gentle green valleys, Villa Albizi enjoys a splendid view of the forest in the south-east and south-west vineyards. This once rustic building has been transformed into an elegant villa in the Tuscan countryside, with its 500 square meters, sophisticated furnishings, ancient beams, for a space that is spread over three floors and expands outwards into a cast lookout in the void of the valley.
