In Villa Dining
Villa Albizi is pleased to conduct their own kitchen to the expert hands of its chef Sarah, who carefully choosing organic products and a farm-to-table cooking, allow guests to have a relaxing break in the Tuscan countryside. You can dine al fresco on the veranda in the group gathered around the large table, or romantic tète a tète on the first floor terrace, while the children are watched by a babysitter and you can taste a menu-baby, and a special in-room dining menu, filled with delicious and healthy choices, is available for our little guests.
Chef in Villa
Service included in the rental villa, service on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Extra costs: Groceries and Wine. Menu selection: max 2 different menues for the same meal. Time service: between 6:00pm and 10:30pm. The Service includes setting the table, and the final cleaning of the table and the kitchen. The dinner starts 7:30pm, not before.
VA is pleased to offer cooking lessons to its guests by reservation only, for a period of three hours. Our cooking classes are held on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The class is followed by a complementary lunch. Classes are held in the Villa, they offer excellent possibilities for how to prepare classic Tuscan dishes such as pici, the wild boar and many other specialties.Including a lunch of wine followed by the cooking class.
