Two bedrooms, on the ground floor with access from the hallway side garden
Two more large bedrooms dominate the entire top floor

Two Comfortable Living with oversized sofa area, fireplace area, TV area, library
Air Conditioning in all rooms and throughout the house

No refund for early departures.
Reservation: Your credit card and billing address are required for reservations. Reservations require a 50% deposit, due at time of booking and will be charged to your credit card. The balance (50%) will be charged to the credit card one month prior to arrival.
Cancellation: For cancellations made between 90 and 31 days before the arrival date, half of the deposit will be refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations made within one month from the date of arrival.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome at Villa Albizi. Children (11 years and under) posono be accommodated in some rooms, with parents free of charge. Baby cots and extra beds can be added to any bedroom villa, on request.
Pets: Unfortunately, the animals are subject to availability
Smoking: To ensure the highest quality for our guests, the villa is non-smoking.
Village policy: Please note that during your time in Montefienali, you are part of a Tuscan village, which local residents call it home. Please respect the neighbors wearing appropriate clothing, controlling noise and respect private property. In addition, please end your outdoor meetings by midnight so the tranquility of the village will be maintained.
Governing Law: These rules and restrictions and all disputes arising therefrom shall be governed and constrained by the laws of the State of Florence, Italy.
